Improving sleep schedule

I don’t sleep even when I feel really sleepy. I keep watching something on TV or keep surfing Reddit.

I am slowly shifting to a morning person’s routine. Sleeping early by around 12:30 am (yes that’s early for me) and waking up by 6:30 is something that I’ve been trying to follow.

When I wake up early, I feel powerful. I feel that I can do stuff. I will keep updating how this routine is working for me.
