The act of writing things down

I personally believe the biggest task I can accomplish in this life is to become the most self-aware and optimized version of myself.

The first thing to start is to write my thoughts down. I have observed that taking a pen and paper and writing the things where I should improve upon has been a transformative task.

One amazing thing about us is that we actually know where we are lacking behind, what we need to work on, etc. But, it's an uncomfortable feeling to dig deeper and study our flaws.

I often immediately crave my phone whenever I start journaling because my brain literally does not want to access those memories.

Writing our thoughts down forces the brain to focus on our limitations and actually think through it.

This is where our journey to development officially begins. If we aren't writing it down, we aren't serious about improving.

I am developing this habit of writing every single day. Let's improve together. One note at a time.
